Nozzle cleaning
Over time, silica gel nozzles can accumulate in shower heads, causing a change in flow, with the nozzles spraying water in all directions, or the nozzles becoming clogged with scale, reducing the flow.Then the shower head won't work as well as it used to.At this point, we must perform the necessary treatments to help the shower head return to its previous peak.
1. As some of the stubborn stains are difficult to clean, we have to remove the shower faucet when necessary.
2. Silicone elastomer nozzle cleaning is relatively convenient.The well-designed protruding silicone nozzle makes it easy for you to clean the nozzle by hand or cloth.
3. We can also remove the sprinkler head and soak it in vinegar for half an hour to dissolve the stain and limescale, and then clean it with clean water.
In order to save mold manufacturing costs or lack of experience, some suppliers choose to mill mold steel to form needles to produce silicon shower nozzles. Those are just two or three templates, without any punch pins.
This is not a big problem when making a small number of samples. When mass production starts, you will find that the burrs in the nozzle will gradually increase, which will seriously affect the quality of the nozzle product. This is caused by the wear of the mold after the output increases.
We know that the burrs on the silicone nozzle will affect the function and effect of the nozzle spray, it will change the flow direction of the liquid, and also cause an imbalance in the pressure. Even if there is only one nozzle with quality problems, the entire mold will not be able to function normally.
In fact, the mold tools for rubber shower faucet gaskets are: punching pins, four templates (sometimes five or six templates are needed).
We need to punch holes in the mold to install the punch pins. Moreover, low-speed wire cutting must be selected, even if the low-speed wire cutting process is expensive. (High-speed wire cutting technology cannot meet quality requirements)
When we find burrs on the nozzle of the rubber shower nozzle, we can remove the perforated needle or directly replace it with a new one.
